We’re so glad you chose to shop with FormStyle. Each piece is specially crafted and made with the utmost care. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

• Once processed, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days across India via trusted courier partners.

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. FormStyle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At FormStyle, every product is made-to-order or limited in availability. Due to the nature of our luxury clothing and our commitment to hygiene and quality, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Size mismatch (please refer to our detailed size chart before placing an order)

• Color variation due to lighting or screen settings

What if the product is damaged on arrival?

In the rare case that your product reaches you damaged or defective, we are happy to help. Please follow these steps:

1. Email us at [your email] within 24 hours of delivery

2. Attach clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging

3. Our team will assess the issue and get back to you within 2 working days

If approved, we will either:

• Arrange a replacement (if available), or

• Issue store credit of the product value (excluding shipping)

Note: No requests will be entertained beyond the 24-hour window after delivery.
